When we are expected to figure it out by ourselves we often become paralyzed. What should we be writing about? What is the right prompt to use for procrastination? What about when we are feeling “not good enough”? When we desperately want a more balanced life? When we want to stop impulsively people pleasing all the time? Without this answer we don’t bother getting started.
